You can now find any care home or home care agency on the CQC register from inside Handling Plan and send a plan straight to them.
How it works
- Open a plan and choose Send plan.
- Start typing the provider's name. Handling Plan searches the register of care services in England.
- Choose the right one and send. The provider receives the plan code, and the care team opens it on any phone.
No names are sent: the plan carries a client reference, never a name. You can see when the plan is opened and each carer's record that they read it.
